About Us

With a shared client list and a hands-on approach, we encourage our clients to be versatile and work across all areas of the industry. With over 14 years of combined experience and having worked as agents in our own right, we have and continue to secure clients jobs in the West End, UK and international tours, regional theatre, television, and film.

Danielle Crockford

Danielle Crockford

Danielle trained in musical theatre at The Urdang Academy, London. She went on to have a successful career as a performer appearing in many West End shows, UK and International Tours and films and television as well.

She decided to hang up her LaDuca’s and pursue a career as a Talent Agent which she has done successfully for the last 10 years. She feels passionately about nurturing the next generation of talent and loves to see people flourish as their careers develop.

When not busy watching clients in shows she can usually be found spending time with her family enjoying a glass of Champagne.

Jo Sca

Jo Casey Scanlan

Jo trained professionally in all disciplines but tap dance became her speciality. Being fortunate to train in America, from there tap dance has taken her all over the world as a teacher, choreographer and dancer. Jo founded Tap Attack in 2007, and it has built an international reputation for excellence, regularly featuring in theatrical, TV and corporate performances and training the UK’s national tap team. Jo is also a very proud Guinness World Record Holder in tap dance (with 2 under her belt, she is debating going for a hat trick!).

Becoming an agent was a natural progression for Jo, she loves watching clients progress in their career and celebrating their success.

Away from the office Jo can be found trying to train 2 crazy yet fun dogs and enjoying a glass of prosecco!

Amy Kinnear

Amy Kinnear

Amy hails from Scotland and trained in Musical Theatre at Bird College. She enjoyed a varied performing career across the UK and internationally, with work taking her to Germany, Denmark, Sweden, and France across stage, film, and television including projects for Netflix and CBeebies.

Alongside performing, Amy developed a passion for choreographing and has spent the past three years working as a creative across Scotland and London. Most notably, she sailed the seven seas as an Assistant Choreographer for Cunard and P&O Cruises.

Having previously worked as an Agent’s Assistant, Amy is thrilled to be heading up the Scottish branch of Crockford Casey Associates as an Agent. She is passionate about creating a supportive environment where clients can thrive, championing talent with both care and ambition.

At the weekends, you’ll usually find Amy down at the rugby club, swapping theatre seats for the sidelines and curtain calls for kick-offs!
